- Aryan Khan’s jail term extended for one more night
- Case stuck even before reaching Arthur Road Jail
- Now Aryan will be released from jail on Saturday morning
Tonight will also be spent in jail
Aryan was released on bail by the Bombay High Court on October 28. However, Aryan had to stay in jail for one more night as the copy of the order was not ready and the office hours were over. And optimism was being expressed that Aryan would be released from jail today, Friday. But even today due to the late release order, it is Aryan Khan’s turn to spend in jail tonight.
According to Aryan’s lawyer Satish Manshinde, he has got a copy of the High Court order. Other formalities are completed after the judge accepts the bail. All this work will be completed by this evening. Once the bond is signed, it will be taken straight from the court to the prison. Aryan will be released as soon as all these documents are presented before the jail authorities. But the Arthur Road Jail administration did not get the orders till 6 pm.
Aryan Khan got bail with these conditions
As per the current details, Aryan Khan will have to furnish a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh. You will need to submit your passport. Before leaving the country, he will also have to get the permission of the court. Apart from this, he has to prove his presence in the NCB office every Friday. While cooperating fully in the investigation, Aryan will not talk to his co-accused nor will try to influence any facts, evidence or witnesses related to the case. Also, if you want to move out of Greater Mumbai, you must first inform the investigating officer of the matter. The full plan of where they are going will have to be handed over to the officer. And if any condition is violated, NCB can directly appeal to the Special Judge/Court for cancellation of bail.
