Aryan Khan’s bail will be canceled if these conditions are not accepted! Passport must be submitted

Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan has been released from jail after getting bail in the Mumbai cruise drugs case. The Bombay High Court on Thursday issued an operative order granting bail to Arbaaz Merchant and Moonmoon Dhamecha along with Aryan Khan. Aryan Khan has been granted bail on a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh. The court of Justice Nitin Sambre has accepted the conditions as well as bail to the three accused.

  • Each plaintiff will have to furnish a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh.
  • The accused shall not indulge in any activity which is against the NDPS Act and on the basis of which an offense under Cr has been registered against him.
  • In this case the accused should not have any contact with any co-accused or any person who is directly or indirectly involved in such activities.
  • The defendant shall not do any act which may affect the proceedings and investigation of the Court.
  • The defendant shall not tamper with or attempt to influence the witness or evidence by himself or by anyone else.
  • The plaintiff has to submit his passport to the special court with immediate effect.
  • The accused will not give any statement to the media regarding the proceedings in the special court. Print media will not say anything about this on social media including electronic media.
  • If the accused has to leave Greater Mumbai, he must first inform the investigating officer of the case. The full plan of where they are going will have to be handed over to the officer.
  • The accused has to be present at the Mumbai office of NCB every Friday between 11 am and 2 pm.
  • The plaintiff must be involved in all court proceedings connected with the case. Unless there is a special reason, the exemption will not be given.
  • The prosecutor should cooperate with the investigation. Whenever NCB summons him, he has to appear.
  • The accused cannot leave the NDPS country without the order of the Special Judge.
  • Whenever the trial starts in this case, the accused will not try to delay the matter in any way.
  • If the accused violates any of these conditions, the NCB can directly appeal to the Special Judge/Court for cancellation of bail.
