750 g gooseberry
750 g brown sugar or sugar
250g ghee
75 ml sesame oil

10 g ginger

How to prepare:

Mix all the powder in a glass bowl and reserve. Wash and dry the gooseberries. Put it in water and cook in a pressure cooker until 2 whistles come out. Remove the seeds from the gooseberry and make a very smooth paste and reserve. In a frying pan, pour the butter and oil and add the sugar. Add the gooseberry paste and simmer until all the moisture in the mixture has evaporated. Now add the powdered powder and mix well. Remove the mixture from the oven and allow to cool completely.

Add honey and mix well until smooth.

Pour this prepared mixture into a glass bottle for later use. Use it at any time.
