Sources told that ‘Shah Rukh Khan was shooting for a project in Los Angeles and during that time his nose got hurt. His nose started bleeding quickly and he was immediately taken to the hospital. The doctors called their team and said that there is nothing to worry about. It was said that a minor surgery would have to be done to stop the bleeding. After the operation, Shahrukh was seen wearing a bandage on his nose. Shahrukh has now returned to his home in Mumbai and is taking rest.
