The growing controversy regarding film director Om Raut starrer film ‘Adipurush’ has reached the court. Now the High Court has given a big blow to the makers of this film as well as the censor board. While common people were continuously expressing their anger against this film on social media, film and TV actors also raised their voice against it. After the controversy over the film started, the makers had talked about changing its dialogues.
Apart from this, the filmmakers also reduced the ticket prices to attract the audience towards their film. It is reported that the price of tickets up to Rs 2000 in theaters has now been reduced to Rs 112. The film recorded its lowest ever collection on its second Monday. Due to advance booking, the film earned hugely in the first 3 days. However, the low ticket prices attracted footfalls on Sunday and it collected Rs 10 crore at the domestic box office. There was a collection of 7.2 crores. It seemed that this process could continue for the next few days, but it did not happen.
The production house of the film has released the 10th Day Worldwide Collection on its Twitter account. It is being said that the film has earned 450 crores worldwide in 10 days. There is a discussion that the film was first made on a budget of more than 500 crores and later more work was done on its VFX. After the release of the film’s teaser, people objected to its visuals, after which the makers spent a lot of time and money to improve it.
The makers of Adipurush, who are facing criticism for the controversial dialogues of the film and the look of the main characters of the film, have changed the dialogues on the sixth day. The film’s team has released a video clip of the controversial dialogue spoken by Hanumanji’s character Bajrangbali in the film before burning Lanka. In the changed dialogue, instead of the word ‘father’, the word ‘Lanka’ has been used. Now this dialogue has become ‘Kapda teri Lanka ka, tel teri Lanka ka, aag bhi teri Lanka ki aur jalegi bhi teri Lanka ki’.
