Shimla: Former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister and Senior Congress Leader Veerabhadra Singh passed away here today. He was 87 years old. Veerabhadra Singh, who had been ill for a long time, died at the Indira Gandhi Medical College in Shimla at 4 am today. The state has declared three days of mourning in honor of the former prime minister.

News of the Death of Dr. Veerabhadra Singh, Superintendent of the Indira Gandhi School of Medicine Posted by Janak Raj. He said the former prime minister was being treated in the intensive care unit. Previously, he was admitted to the hospital due to a Kovid infection. Later he recovered.

Veerabhadra Singh Kovid has been affected twice in two months. He first contracted Kovid on April 12. He was treated in a Chandigarh hospital for a few days. Kovid later confirmed on June 11.

Veerabhadra Singh, a nine-time member of the judiciary and five-time deputy, has been the chief minister of Himachal Pradesh six times. His wife Pratibha Singh and son Vikramaditya Singh are active in politics.
