Goodbye Movie Trailer Review: This is the trailer for Rashmika Mandanna’s debut Hindi movie!

Wright, director and producer Vikas Bahl, who was once in the spotlight due to allegations of sexual harassment during Bollywood’s MeToo movement, is known for his excellent films. He has produced many movies, but the ones he has directed are still discussed today. Among them, the names of movies such as ‘Super 30’ and ‘Queen’ stand out. Apart from this, Vikas has also directed the movies ‘Shaandaar’ and ‘Chillar Party’.

After three years, Vikas Bahl returns once again to the directing field. This time his movie ‘Goodbye’ will be released in theaters on October 7th. Through this film, actress Rashmika Mandanna, who became famous in Pan India through South Cinema’s blockbuster ‘Pushpa: The Rise’, will make her debut in Bollywood. Alongside him, Amitabh Bachchan, Neena Gupta, Pavail Gulati, Elli Avram, Sunil Grover, and Sahil Mehta also have major roles.

Amitabh Bachchan and Rashmika Mandanna are in the role of father and daughter in Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms’ ‘Goodbye’ banner. Neena Gupta is seen in the role of mother. The 2 minute 59 second trailer for the film begins with a fight between father and daughter in the Bhalla family. At this, the daughter tells the father: “I will become self-sufficient as soon as my first salary arrives.” On this, Amitabh Bachchan says in the role of the father if there is any shame in asking the father for money.

At this, the daughter says, “I’m doing this so you can be proud not to be embarrassed.” In the middle of the father-daughter fight, the mother looks very good. They’re more worried about her pillow than they are about this fight. She is afraid that the color of the mehndi applied on her husband’s head will not apply to her. A few days later her mother dies. The father begins to prepare her funeral in the traditional way. Seeing this, the daughter feels bad. She objects to putting cotton up the deceased’s nose and tying his toes.

Here, both of Bhalla ji’s sons, who live far away from the family, are informed about their mother’s death. A son who is abroad enjoys non-veg even after learning of his mother’s death. The second son somehow makes it home before the last rites are performed. The mother’s body is kept in the house, but he is locked in the room with his wife. Seeing this, the angry father says, “You’ve become American, it must have happened there. Mother’s meaning yoga in the morning and intercourse at night.” However, the relatives give their full support.

An angry daughter fights with her father, saying, “Somebody thought what she wanted. How did she want to go? What kind of funeral did she want?” About this, the father says: “This is not a birthday party that should be asked how to celebrate. These customs have been around for thousands of years. If you don’t believe in them, then it’s your own fault.” The mother’s funeral is over. After the mother’s departure, the scattered family gradually begins to unite with the memories of her.

Vikas Bahl has tried to show tragedy through the prism of comedy in her film ‘Goodbye’. He has succeeded in this to a great extent. He has also tried to pass on the values and values of the family. How the family is falling apart in modern society. Children are moving away from their parents. They do not care about the happiness and pain of their own family. After the mother’s death, the son’s non-vegetarian food shows this. Whereas in our society it is forbidden to eat food even while living the dead body.

Emotion, drama and comedy will be seen in this film. The presence of comedian Sunil Grover is enough to know what the level of comedy will be. This looks like a movie that will make you cry with laughter. There is tragedy in his story, but there is comedy in the way of telling and showing. It will also be interesting to see Rashmika Mandanna in a Hindi film for the first time. After this, she will be seen in ‘Mission Majnu’ with Siddharth Malhotra and ‘Animal’ with Ranbir Kapoor.
