- Shalini Talwar sues husband Honey Singh for domestic violence and demands Rs 20 crore compensation
- Magistrate objected to Honey Singh’s absence in court on Saturday
- Shalini Talwar and Honey Singh were married in January 2011.
Honey Singh’s wife Shalini Talwar said before Metropolitan Magistrate Tania Singh in Delhi’s Tis Hazare Court, “I have no other option now.” I gave 10 years of life. Leaving everything and standing with her, now she has left me. Hearing the matter, the magistrate said that he was concerned about the mental health of the petitioner.
During the hearing, the magistrate asked Shalini Talwar that what do you want from the court? How is your marriage now? The magistrate also talked about the possibility of resolving the matter between the two. Honey Singh did not appear before the court in the matter on Saturday and did not give any information about the income to the court, to which the magistrate objected.
In this case of domestic violence, the magistrate says that no one is above the law. It is surprising that the matter is being taken lightly. Wife Shalini Talwar has filed a case of domestic violence against husband Honey Singh and has demanded Rs 20 crore as compensation under the Domestic Violence Act. Yo Yo Honey Singh and Shalini got married on 23 January 2011.
