Matsya Kaand Season 1 Review

Bollywood has made many big-budget films on topics such as thugs, robberies and loot, in which different looks of the hero have been shown. Take, for example, the movie ‘Dhoom 2’, in which superstar Hrithik Roshan uses many glances to carry out the robbery and escape from the police. Appears as an old woman, a dwarf, and an idol. In this way, after watching the ‘Matsya Kand’ web series, you will feel like you have seen this story many times before. Similarly, in this one, director Arun Bhuyan has well portrayed the cat and mouse game between a corrupt cop and a vicious bully in the story shown in places like Meerut, Delhi, and Jaipur. It has many twists and turns that will surprise you. In this, the stubbornness of police officer Tejraj Singh has shown itself like a streak of stone. It can go anywhere to fulfill its purpose. In the same way, the vicious bully Matsya is also a scholar, who is impossible to catch.

The web series ‘Matsya Kand’ has been made in the suspense genre. This is a genre in which very few series have been made on this topic. Aside from the average steering, the Sonali Dhatrak production design is excellent. Director of Photography Manoj Reddy has also done a great job. He has captured the colorism of Delhi, Meerut and the city of Jaipur with his own style and color very closely on his camera. Although the editing might have been a bit tight, it doesn’t make much of a difference to the show. As for the performance of the actors, they have all tried to do their best. Ravi Dubey has done justice to her role as Matsya Thada. In becoming a bahurupiya, he is rarely recognized by different appearances. However, his first outfit movie ‘Kabir Singh’ resembles the character of Shahid Kapoor. Bhojpuri movie superstar Ravi Kishan has done a great job in the role of police officer Tejraj Singh. His character looks strong.

Rajesh Sharma has done his best to make an impact on the Conning Betting Kingpin character Suri Saxena. Piyush Mishra, who played a narrator in Imtiaz Ali’s directing adventure, Ranbir Kapoor, and Deepika Padukone’s lead Tamasha, did a decent job as Anand Pandit in the web series. Zoya Afroz and Madhur Mittal are normal in the characters of Urvashi and Raju Rajeshwar. Overall, the ‘Matsya Kand’ web series can be seen both for an interesting story and excellent performances from Ravi Dubey, Ravi Kishan and Piyush Mishra. You may not see anything unique in this, but you will definitely find it interesting.
