The base price of the equipment is Rs 2000 million. Ness Wadia, co-owner of Punjab Kings, is now revealing how much the BCCI could receive through the teams.

Wadia has revealed that the price of new equipment at the IPL could be 50 to 75 percent higher than the base price. According to this, a team will get Rs 3,000 to Rs 3,500 crore. The teams will be announced on October 25, Wadia said. With the addition of two teams, 10 teams will compete for the title next season.
