Salman Khan said, ‘When the producer of Tere Naam and my good friend Sunil Manchanda came to me, I was doing another film. He told me that I would have to shave my head to play the character in this film. I was not sure about it, as I was already shooting for a film. I still remember having fever at that time and for another film a director was harassing me to call me on the shoot.

Speaking further, Salman Khan said, “I went to the washroom in anger and got irritated and got my head shaved.” Next day I called Sunil ji and said, I have shaved my head and I am ready to take your name. Although most people were against me for doing this film. But for some reason I was ready to do this film. That’s why I took this role of Radhe Mohan.
