Dharmendra has shared a picture on his Twitter handle. In which he is sitting near the dead body of Dilip Kumar. He was seen lovingly stroking Dilip Kumar’s face. Sharing this picture, Dharmendra has written an emotional caption. He wrote, ‘When Saira said, ‘Dharma Dekho sir, my eyes are blinking. Friends, hearing this sounds like my life is over.

Earlier, Dharmendra shared a picture on his Instagram account which was an award function. This picture shows Dilip Kumar kissing Dharmendra’s cheek. Sharing the picture, Dharmendra wrote, “Sad to lose your dearest brother in the industry. Jannat Nar, our Dilip Sahab.” Significantly, Dharmendra and Dilip Kumar worked together in the film ‘Anokha Milan’.

Dilip Kumar, 98, died on Wednesday morning at 7.30 am. Dilip Kumar was cremated with political honors on the same day at around 5 pm. Dilip Kumar was cremated at Juhu Cemetery in Santacruz, Mumbai. Apart from Dilip Kumar’s family, Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan were also present at the funeral. Dilip Kumar’s wife Saira Banu, who was always with him like a shadow, stayed with him till his last journey. As the years passed, Saira Banu fell.
