Mumbai: A truck carrying tomatoes rolled over on the Eastern Express Highway in Mumbai, disrupting traffic. The incident took place near Kopari in Thane on Friday morning. When the truck overturned, about 20 tons of tomatoes in the vehicle fell onto the road.

According to the English news channel NDTV, the accident occurred around 2 in the morning. It was raining heavily in the area at this time. Meanwhile, the driver loses control of the vehicle and the truck rolls over.

One person was injured in the accident. The Thane Municipal Corporation reported that he was taken to the hospital. About 20 tons of tomatoes fell onto the road, disrupting traffic. They were pulled off the road by a bulldozer after experiencing a traffic jam.
