Former cricketer and commentator Aakash Chopra has confirmed that Suryakumar Yadav will participate in the T20 World Cup during the Indian ODI series in Sri Lanka. Suryakumar made his ODI debut and scored half a century in the second match. In the second ODI, he was fired for 53 of 44 balls. He was undefeated at 31 in the first innings.
Aakash Chopra has said that Suryakumar will definitely play in the T20 World Cup. It is known that there will be competition for the national team. However, Suryakumar has secured the position. The World Cup team will have only 15 members in total. Suryakumar’s place in those fifteen is safe. Suryakumar is a completely different player. The player had previously played in the batting order two years ago. However, Chopra said that with the move to fifth position, performance is solidifying.
