New Delhi: In the last 24 hours, there have been less than 50,000 cases of Kovid in the country. According to the Union Ministry of Health, only 45,951 new cases of Kovid have been confirmed today, compared to fewer than 44,000 reported on Tuesday. With the Covid 19 cure rate increasing to 96.92 percent, the total number of patients undergoing treatment also decreased.

Currently, 5,37,064 Kovid patients are being treated in various states of the country. In the last 24 hours, 60,729 people have been recovered. The Union Health Ministry said 817 Kovid deaths had also been reported.

This brings the total number of Kovid cases registered in the country to 3,03,62,848. Of these, 2,94,27,330 were cured. A total of 3,98,454 Kovid deaths were officially recorded in the country.

So far, a total of 33 crore doses of the Kovid vaccine have been distributed in the country, according to the Union Ministry of Health. 33,28,54,527 doses of vaccine were distributed in the country, including the first and second doses.

At the same time, it is reported that more foreign Kovid vaccines will soon be approved in the country. The vaccine, developed by the American company Modena, was approved yesterday by the DCGI. Vaccines from companies like Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson may soon be approved. The central government plans to deliver the vaccine to the entire population in December and combat the impact of the third wave of Kovid.
