TG (triglycerides):
Cholesterol triglycerides are high in fat. Therefore, it can affect the body and cause serious diseases. The triglyceride of cholesterol is a lipid, which is a type of alcohol that can cause illness. Increases in HDL, VLDL, and LDL can be a problem.

Diet is considered to be the main cause of increased cholesterol. But experts say that eating moderate amounts of milk, eggs, and meat does not lead to a significant increase in cholesterol. If you eat eggs, you must eat whole eggs. Yellow should not be eaten. Eating meat once every two to three weeks is not likely to raise your cholesterol. But they are dangerous only when eaten regularly.

Regular consumption of packaged foods can lead to high cholesterol levels. Therefore, it is best for people with high levels of bad cholesterol to avoid it altogether.
