Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan is out on bail in a drug case. Hearing is going on in Bombay High Court. NCB has been opposing Aryan’s bail since the beginning. Aryan’s case is being fought by advocates Satish Manshinde and Amit Desai. The third lawyer is Mukul Rohatgi. Rohatgi has presented his arguments in the Bombay High Court.

A huge crowd gathered in the Bombay High Court during the hearing of Aryan Khan’s bail application. Therefore, Justice Nitin Sambre ordered the police to remove the crowd from the court. He asked the people involved in the case to appear in court in limited numbers. Aryan Khan is currently in Arthur Road Jail. It’s been 24 days since he was arrested.

During the hearing, advocate Mukul Rohatgi argued that NCB did not get anything from my client Aryan Khan and it does not appear that he has taken any drugs. So the question of arresting my client does not arise. He also questioned the NCB officials and said, ‘In many petitions we have questioned that these officers are not even police officers, they are using the power of the police. That’s why he said that he has the power to make arrests.
