Pan India films have increased the profits of the film industry. Pan India films released simultaneously in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and sometimes Bengali and Marathi attract a large audience. Along with this, the film also earns a lot in foreign countries. This is the reason why the movie earnings now reach 2000 crores. It has become commonplace to get into the 100 and 200 crore club. As everyone knows that at this time two films have created a stir throughout the country. Vivek Agnihotri’s film ‘The Kashmir Files’ and ‘RRR’ by famous ‘Bahubali’ director SS Rajamouli have done wonders. ‘The Kashmir Files’ has grossed Rs 330 crore worldwide within 28 days of release while ‘RRR’ has grossed Rs 700 crore within 16 days of release.
The film ‘RRR’ had a net gross of Rs 478 crore in the first week. Of this, Rs 133 crore was received from its Hindi version alone. Along with this, Telugu Rs 299 crore, Tamil Rs 33 crore, Malayalam Rs 12 crore and Kannada Rs 1.15 crore were obtained. The film made a business of around 86 crores in two days of the second week. In this too, most of it is Telugu and Hindi versions. The film reached the 500 crore club on the first day of the second week. One thing to note here is that any movie from the south has been seen more in Hindi after Telugu. In this way many registrations have been registered in the name of ‘RRR’. Now it will be interesting to see if Rocking Star Yash’s movie ‘KGF 2’, released on April 14, can break Rajamouli’s next top 5 movie records.
First Registration: – Opening Day Collection
SS Rajamouli’s film ‘RRR’ registered his name on the first day of its release. It became the highest-grossing film on opening day. It made a business of Rs 257 crore worldwide on the first day at the box office, which is a record. Rock star Yash’s movie KGF 2 will premiere on April 14. Looking at the success of the first chapter of this movie, it is speculated that the second chapter will do better as well. But whether he’ll be able to break RRR’s opening day box office record remains to be seen. KGF Chapter 1 had a worldwide collection of Rs 250 crore while the cost of the film was Rs 80 crore.
Second record: – Collection of Hindi versions
The ‘RRR’ movie was released in Pan India, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. This movie has made the most business with the Telugu version. On opening day, 70 percent of the film’s total earnings were received from the Telugu version, but the film also earned heavily in the Hindi belt. The Hindi version has raised Rs 20 crore on the opening day. No film has earned so much during and after Corona so far. In such a situation, there is both a challenge and an opportunity in front of KGF Chapter 2 to record a new record by doing more than Rs 20 crore business. Allu Arjun’s famous movie ‘Pushpa’ has grossed Rs 106 crore from the Hindi version.
Third Record: – Opening Week Collection
The film ‘RRR’ is the second highest grossing film of the opening week. It grossed Rs 477 crore in the first week. He has earned 298.51 crore of Telugu, 132.59 crore of Hindi, 33.3 crore of Tamil rupees, 11.95 crore of Malayalam and 1.15 crore of Kannada rupees. In India’s top 5 grossing movies, Baahubali 2 was ranked first with 1031 crores while Bahubali 1 was ranked second with 418 crores. But RRR broke the Bahubali 1 record by grossing Rs 477 crore. Now it remains to be seen whether Rocking Star Yash’s KGF Chapter 2 movie, which premieres in Pan India, is able to cross this figure and make this record or not.
Fourth record: – Weekly collection for life
The Hindi version of the movie ‘RRR’ has grossed Rs 132 crore in the first week. In this way, this film has become the second major film to win with the Hindi version in the first week. Previously, this record was in the name of the first part of Rajamouli’s film ‘Bahubali’. The film had grossed ₹118.7 crore from the Hindi version. Along with this, ‘Bahubali 2’ has secured the top position by grossing Rs 510.99 crore from the Hindi version. This record is also important against Yash’s KGF Chapter movie. If you break this record registered in the name of ‘RRR’ and earn more than Rs 132 crore from the Hindi version in the first week, you will also break the Bahubali record.
Fifth record: – World Film Collection.
It’s been 16 days since the movie ‘RRR’ released on March 25 in theaters. So far, the film has done a business of Rs 969 crore worldwide. With the end of the second week, this figure will cross 1 billion rupees. The film grossed 710 crore in the first week, while 41.53 crore on the first day, 68.17 crore on the second day, 82.40 crore on the third day, 20.34 crore on the fourth day, 17.61 crore on the 5th day, 15.25 crore on the 6th day, 14.58 crore on the 7th day Has earned Rs. In the Corona era, it has become the first film to earn Rs 1000 crore in two weeks. In such a situation, it is also important to break this record in front of KGF Chapter 2.
